MOHT was established by MOH to lead, facilitate and accelerate system-level changes needed to transform healthcare delivery, and the empowerment of health and self-management of disease. MOHT’s mission is to design and implement innovative solutions that bring about these desired changes. MOHT’s work focuses on domains that are sensitive to needs for a rapidly ageing population and high burden of chronic, lifestyle-related diseases.
