• Coordinates and oversees implementation of the overarching National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy, including guiding Sector Leads on the translation of the strategy in their respective sectoral domains, and tracks Whole-of-Government (WOG) national-level outcome indicators to monitor Singapore’s population mental health state. • Coordinates agencies’ community partnership and engagement efforts and promotes concerted and coherent communications and messaging for mental health and well-being across WOG. • Oversees the development of enablers to support mental health and well-being initiatives, including but not limited to information technology and manpower capability development. • Identifies new and emerging areas for research and development.
