The Communications & Marketing Department (CM) leads the university's strategic brand, communications and marketing strategy, including media relations, crisis communications, and internal communications. CM’s overall responsibilities include managing SUSS’ corporate image and identity (branding) through the development and implementation of external communication strategies, processes and programmes.
