Lead and review the management services to AST in the following areas: finance, HR, professional development management administration, general resource and estate management. Co-ordinate the annual budget exercise, manage the allocation of funds and monitor the budget utilisation, and oversee the shared services for the three academies (PESTA, STAR and ELIS).
