Public Communications Division (PCD) focuses on integrated public communications - to provide ministries with customised support, analyse and address public communications issues proactively from a whole-of-government perspective and provide strategic communications support in times of crisis. PCD’s roles include undertaking surveys and polls to ascertain ground sentiments, engaging the arts and media cluster during crises, supporting ministries & agencies in crisis information management, and promoting a shared perspective within the establishment and grassroots through the timely dissemination of information.
