The Organisational Development team oversees SG’s corporate planning process to support SG’s strategic priorities. It coordinates SG’s innovation and transformation efforts. It also conducts organisational diagnostics and intervention planning, and implements initiatives to support organisational change and performance improvement, in line with SG’s values and business needs.
